• Oversee and manage enterprise IT infrastructure operations, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance across OS platforms, storage systems, databases, virtualization, and networking.
• Implement and maintain backup technologies, monitoring systems, and automation tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and execute infrastructure strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with security best practices and operational standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and mentor team members to enhance technical capabilities.

• Minimum 10 years of IT infrastructure experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Hands‑on expertise in OS platforms (Windows Server, Linux, AIX), storage systems, databases, virtualization, and Open Shift.
• Familiarity with backup technologies, monitoring tools, and automation solutions.
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage complex infrastructure environments.
• Solid understanding of networking and enterprise security practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Experience working in fast‑paced environments and delivering under tight timelines.
