• Monitor and analyze security alerts from SIEM and other security tools.
• Perform initial triage, incident escalation, and documentation.
• Support L2 analysts in incident containment and response.
• Maintain shift logs, event tracking, and reporting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of SOC processes and playbooks.

  Certifications:
  
  CompTIA Security+, CEH, or equivalent.

• 1-2 years of information security related experience, in areas such as security operations, incident
• General technical skills include TCP/IP knowledge, networking and security product experience analysis, incident handling, and vulnerability management or testing, system patching, log analysis, intrusion detection, or firewall administration.
• Good understanding of attack methods and common exploitation techniques

Bachelor’s degree ideally in Computer Science or Cyber Security.

Professional certifications such as CCNA/CEH/ECIH/Security+

English - business fluent. Arabic a plus.
