Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Presales Engineer to support sales engagements by designing and proposing end-to-end technology solutions across on-premise data centers, ELV/low current systems, and Audio-Visual (AV) solutions. The role involves translating customer business and technical requirements into scalable, compliant, and cost-effective solutions. You will design complete architectures covering data center infrastructure (servers, storage, HCI, networking, power, cooling, rack planning, and DCIM), low current/ELV systems (CCTV, access control, structured cabling, public address, intercom, and building management integrations), and AV solutions for conference rooms, control centers, digital signage, and collaborative environments.
Responsibilities- Design end-to-end technology solutions across on-premise data centers, ELV/low current systems, and AV.
- Translate customer business and technical requirements into scalable, compliant, and cost-effective architectures.
- Develop complete architectures covering data center infrastructure (servers, storage, HCI, networking, power and cooling, rack planning, DCIM).
- Design low current/ELV systems (CCTV, access control, structured cabling, public address, intercom, and building management integrations) and AV solutions for conference rooms, control centers, digital signage, and collaborative environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in presales, solution architecture, or technical design for on-premise data centers and/or ELV/low current systems
- Strong technical knowledge of data center technologies (servers, storage, HCI, networking, power and cooling)
- Strong understanding of ELV systems including CCTV, access control, structured cabling, and AV integration
- Familiarity with industry standards such as Uptime Institute Tier, ASHRAE, TIA-942, and BICSI
- Proficiency in Visio and/or AutoCAD for technical designs
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills
- Ability to travel as required
