The Technology Director is critical to the overall success of our Studio growth strategy, responsible for deal solutioning and execution of projects within the assigned territory. The role combines business, commercial and technology expertise, consulting with clients to understand their challenges, guiding them to solutions, and ultimately driving delivery post‑sale. The Technology Director works closely with the Delivery Director and Client Partner, interacts with clients and stakeholders, and leads a team of Technology Managers to support clients and prospects, building a high‑performance team aligned with Globant values.
Responsibilities- Lead technology solutioning and execution of client projects.
- Define long‑term technical roadmaps for clients, driving digital transformation.
- Develop staffing strategy, manage delivery, and oversee people management.
- Consult and qualify technical solutions with a focus on commercial outcomes.
- Build and nurture a high‑performance Technology Manager team.
- 12+ years in software engineering, with at least 5+ years in senior management.
- Background in tech consulting firms or media & entertainment.
- Strong business, commercial, and technology acumen.
- Proven track record in client solutioning and post‑sale delivery.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective time management.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Active listening and problem‑solving abilities.
- Quick learner with ability to absorb information.
