The Lead Consultant is responsible for providing detailed level support and expertise in Transact AA product throughout the stages of TEMENOS implementation projects. The Senior Consultant focuses especially on more complex issues, and provides guidance and coaching to less experienced Consultants. The Lead Consultant is capable of working with clients or partners in leading the implementation of a specific product as part of the overall project delivery.

They handle day‑to‑day challenges and own the resolution of issues as they arise. The Senior Consultant will have detailed level knowledge, while also displaying similar awareness of industry and market trends/behaviors. A strong information‑sharing contribution to their aligned Centre of Excellence and input on Product and Process Improvement is also expected.

• You will focus on complex functional problems, generally without day‑to‑day supervision or direction.
• You will provide guidance and advice to less experienced consultants during implementation and client relationship development.
• You will demonstrate strong proficiency in the tools, systems, and procedures used to accomplish the job.
• You will demonstrate strong stakeholder‑management skills with all contacts.
• You will successfully implement the Transact AA product.
• You will lead others to add value to the project.
• You will coordinate with the TEMENOS maintenance groups to ensure product problems are understood and resolved.
• You will specialise in both Retail and Corporate banking and have specific knowledge of the following modules: AA Account, AA Lending, AA Deposit.
• You will handle business‑analysis workshops related to Arrangement Architecture AA modules and streams covering product configuration, out‑of‑the‑box functionalities, workflow, and bank‑specific gaps.
• You will analyse client business requirements and relate them to TEMENOS product capabilities.
• You will identify and validate gaps together with proposals for their resolution (e.g., workarounds or changes in processes) and ensure solutions are realistic and within the agreed scope.
• You will define and validate customization needs for TEMENOS products as per agreed business definitions.
• You will write specifications, when needed, for local development and ensure technical consultants have a clear understanding of these specifications.
• You will prepare and perform configuration of TEMENOS products through the definition of static and semi‑static data for core‑system installation.
• You will prepare and perform functional testing to support User Acceptance Testing.
• You will review client organisation, processes, and workflows and propose a “post‑picture” to maximise benefits from TEMENOS products.
• You will make recommendations on best banking practices to the Project Manager and alert them to practices that might harm the client’s business or contradict legal requirements.
• You will conduct parts or all of the user training in a subject, including design, customization, and update of training materials and handouts.
• You will perform other duties, functions, and services consistent with your status or vocational ability as may be required from time to time.
• The role requires substantial travel – normally on client site Monday to Friday and back on weekends, with possible extended periods away from home compensated with TOIL.

You should be a professional with a minimum of ten years of experience in finance or banking software consultancy, fluent in English (verbal and written), and possibly additional language skills.
