Project Manager, IT Project Manager, IT Consultant

As a forward-looking company, we are seeking adetail-oriented Project Manager to lead our technical projectswith precision and strategic insight. This role requires extensive experience in managing complex IT projects, with a strong emphasis on operationmanagement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of project management practices and demonstrate proficiency in Azure Dev Ops, Microsoft Project, and have hands-on experience in budget and resource management.

• Lead the planning,execution, monitoring, control, and closure of projects to meet the definedbenefits and project objectives.
• Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved with project change request forms.
• Handle project costestimation, establish budgets, and control spending.
• Direct and manage project schedules using tools like Microsoft Project and Azure Dev Ops.
• Implement ITIL4 practices to ensure service management processes are integrated with the project lifecycle.
• Forecast and manage resources effectively to ensure project milestones are met.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including the creation of project reports andpresentations to stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, risks,and expected outcomes.
• Manage relationships and coordinate project activities across multiple teams, ensuring optimal productivity and results.

• Over 4 years of experience in project management, specifically managing large-scale IT projects.
• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Certification in ITIL4 with a strong operational background.
• Demonstrable experience with Azure Dev Ops and Microsoft Project.
• Proficient in project cost management, resource management, and scope management.
• Experienced in managing budget and revenue forecasting.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) - Preferred
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Scrum qualifications - Preferred
• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or similar Agile qualifications - Preferred
• Certified Kanban Professional - Preferred
• PRINCE2 Certification Preferred
• ITIL4
