About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Senior Support Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, customizing, and providing functional support for Oracle applications, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems and maintaining high system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugs promptly.
• Customize workflows, business rules, and user interfaces to meet business needs.
• Support the integration of Oracle systems with other enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, GIS).
• Manage data migration and transformation tasks effectively.
• Utilize technical skills in SQL, Java, XML, and the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).

Admin Responsibilities:

• Monitor system performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Resolve login issues and handle user creation and management.
• Apply patches, support system upgrades, and perform routine housekeeping tasks.

Functional Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle CC&B.
• Configure the system as per business requirements, ensuring alignment with user expectations.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across all systems.
• Collaborate with business analysts to align system behavior with business needs effectively.
• Apply domain knowledge of utility industry processes and CC&B modules (Customer Information, Billing, Payments, etc.).

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Oracle application support, particularly with CC&B.
• Strong technical skills in SQL, Java, XML, and Oracle Utilities Application Framework.
• Knowledge of enterprise system integrations (CRM, ERP, GIS).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Arabic is preferred but not mandatory.
