- Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure - 2
- Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools - 3
- Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability - 4
- Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes - 5
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies - 6
- Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks - 7
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support - 8
- Liaise with vendors and client for problem resolution - 9
- Working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting UNIX /Linux based environments. - 10
- Knowledge of other data visualization tools (spark, tableau, Power BI) - 11-Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, Postgre
SQL) - 12-Utilize Tableau and other data tools for data visualization, analysis, and reporting.
