About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Management Officer to support our Digital PMO in managing the projects portfolio. This role will serve as a key source of documentation, guidance, and metrics on project management practices and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track project activities with project managers to ensure timely achievement of project objectives.
• Facilitate communications across departments related to ongoing projects as necessary.
• Review project statuses and address any requests for escalation.
• Monitor compliance with the PMO framework.
• Report project status to the Project Management Manager and PMO Manager.
• Prepare necessary reports to document project progress.

Input Requirements:

• Approved project plans, scopes, and QA/QC checklists.
• Contractual deliverables and milestone definitions.
• Safety standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance protocols.
• Field execution schedules and resource allocations.
• Testing and commissioning procedures along with acceptance criteria.

Output Responsibilities:

• Deliver milestone verification reports with supporting documentation.
• Maintain site inspection logs and quality assessment records.
• Document safety and compliance audit findings and recommend remediation actions.
• Manage change control logs linked to technical and execution adjustments.
• Prepare test and commissioning reports to validate system readiness.
• Compile QA/QC summary reports for each execution phase (design, procurement, implementation).

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management and portfolio oversight, preferably in the IT sector.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
