A technology solutions provider is seeking a Senior ITSM Engineer located in Riyadh, KSA. The candidate will manage and enhance ITSM processes using Manage Engine Service Desk Plus. Responsibilities include automating workflows, optimizing service desk operations, and ensuring compliance with ITIL standards. Ideal applicants should have at least 7 years of experience with ITSM processes and strong technical skills in Manage Engine products and scripting.

The position is on-site with an expectation for fluency in Arabic and English.
