BI Technical Lead

We are currently seeking an experienced BI Technical Lead to join a data-driven environment and lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade Business Intelligence solutions.

The BI Technical Lead will be responsible for defining BI architecture standards, leading end-to-end Power BI initiatives, and ensuring alignment with data governance, security, and best practices across the organization.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of BI solutions, from requirements gathering to production deployment
• Define and enforce BI architecture standards, including data models, metadata, and governance
• Oversee the development of Power BI dashboards, KPIs, and analytical solutions
• Ensure data quality, interoperability, security, and compliance with enterprise standards
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and guide technical teams
• Drive performance optimization, scalability, and reusability of BI assets
• Stay aligned with industry best practices and emerging BI technologies

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or data analytics
• Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop & Power BI Service
• Advanced knowledge of data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Fabric (Dataflows, Pipelines, One Lake)
• Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non‑technical stakeholders

• Experience with Azure Data Platform, Git, or CI/CD for BI solutions
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PL‑300 or equivalent)
