The IT Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all information technology functions across the organization. The role ensures reliable IT operations, secure systems, and the successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives that support business objectives within the real estate industry. The IT Manager manages multiple IT teams and aligns technology services with organizational needs.

• Manage and oversee all IT departments, including applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, operations, and digital transformation.
• Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate and supervise IT managers and team leads to ensure effective service delivery and performance.
• Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of all IT systems, networks, and applications.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives, data analytics, and business intelligence projects.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Identify and mitigate IT risks, ensuring cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance.
• Report IT performance, project status, and risks to the Support Service Manager.

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, CRM platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Experience with IT infrastructure, networks, cloud environments, and system administration.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and data protection.
• Familiarity with business intelligence, data analytics, and digital transformation tools.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional teams.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management or leadership role.
