IT Infrastructure and Network Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure and Network Analyst to take ownership of the Maximus Gulf IT infrastructure environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the availability, performance, and security of on‑premises and cloud infrastructure that supports core business applications across all Maximus offices in the Kingdom.

• Take ownership of managing the LAN and WAN infrastructure (on‑premises and cloud) hosting core application services.
• Oversee and coordinate Infrastructure, Desktop, and Helpdesk resources, ensuring effective workload prioritization and SLA adherence.
• Develop, maintain, and support the on‑premises Data Center infrastructure and office IT environments across all Maximus locations.
• Manage server operating systems, physical and virtual servers, firewalls, network switches, storage, backups, telephony, connectivity, internet services, Wi‑Fi, monitoring tools, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and capacity to ensure optimal system and application availability.
• Ensure infrastructure and application platforms remain supported, secure, and up to date, managing upgrades when required.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot complex network issues and outages.
• Ensure IT architecture complies with ISO 27001 security standards and aligns with Maximus global governance and controls.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT architecture, assets, configurations, and access credentials.
• Provide infrastructure solutions and technical support for IT initiatives and projects.
• Identify infrastructure risks and vulnerabilities using corporate tools and implement mitigation actions.
• Prepare regular infrastructure reports and maintain up‑to‑date architecture diagrams.

• Qualification in IT (e.g.,
  MCSE, VMware certification
  ) or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Arabic
  .
• Strong knowledge of data center services, server operating systems, virtualization, firewalls, networking, storage, backups, telephony, connectivity, VPN, monitoring tools, and disaster recovery.
• Continuous awareness of modern infrastructure and networking technologies.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Networking roles.
• Experience working within enterprise IT architecture environments

• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Domain Management, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, Windows Server, Azure AD, Office 365).
• Experience with Cisco, VMware, IPSEC VPNs
  , and cloud services.
• Knowledge of telephony and connectivity solutions (IP Telephony, MPLS, Internet VPN).
• Experience with Microsoft desktop environments and Office 365 administration.
• Strong understanding of information security controls for IT architecture and platforms.
