Infrastructure Manager

Overview

Responsible for managing and overseeing ACP’s IT infrastructure to ensure stable, secure, and high-performance systems. The role focuses on infrastructure planning, operations, security, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement to support ACP’s business needs.

• Plan, design, and implement IT infrastructure solutions aligned with business requirements. Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of infrastructure systems. Oversee servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and system uptime. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related incidents and issues. Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and system enhancements.
• Implement and maintain infrastructure security controls and access management. Ensure compliance with ACP IT policies and relevant government regulations. Support security audits and risk mitigation activities.
• Manage relationships with infrastructure vendors and service providers. Oversee contracts, SLAs, and vendor performance. Coordinate with external providers to resolve infrastructure issues.
• Manage and mentor infrastructure team members. Coordinate with network, applications, security, and operations teams. Provide technical guidance and support when required.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, standards, and procedures. Identify improvement opportunities and implement enhancement initiatives. Stay updated on infrastructure technologies and recommend improvements.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (required).

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure design, implementation, and support.
• Experience managing enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Experience leading or supervising IT technical teams.
