We are looking for a skilled Delivery Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. EPAM is renowned for delivering cutting‑edge technological solutions to transform businesses worldwide.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating teams, managing resources, communicating with stakeholders and ensuring that project goals align with company objectives.

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

• Minimum 5 years of professional delivery management experience required
• Practical experience with Agile and Jira
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands‑on experience in software development and web technologies
• Ability to drive the full planning cycle on a large project
• Ability to scale SDLC for larger projects, multiple parallel teams and deliverables
• Good consulting skills with technical stakeholders
• Excellent client‑facing and internal communication skills
• Fluent English communication skills (B2 level or higher)
• Native Arabic communication skills
• An academic degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field

The usual working hours for full‑time roles at EPAM in Saudi Arabia are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including a one‑hour unpaid lunch break. Working hours may vary based on client requirements and flexibility is accommodated whenever possible.
