Job Description ”
Administer Virtual Apps,Desktops, Delivery Controllers, Store Front, Citrix Gateway, and related components.
Publish applications, manage profiles (FSLogix/UPM), and optimize printing policies.
Monitor system health, resolve latency and logon issues, and perform root-cause analysis.
Maintain secure configurations, apply patches, enforce MFA, and align with security standards.
Plan upgrades, manage images (MCS/PVS), and optimize resource utilization.
Develop Power Shell scripts for provisioning, reporting, and operational tasks.
Work with stakeholders, follow ITIL processes, and maintain runbooks and knowledge base.
Experience:
Improve logon times, session stability, and overall HDX performance.
