Our client is looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Presales Solutions Architect to join their team and support the expansion of their sales efforts. In this role, you will engage with clients to understand their business needs, design and present tailored IT solutions, and ensure a seamless handover from the pre-sales phase to execution. The ideal candidate brings a solid technical foundation, outstanding communication skills in both Arabic and English, and proven experience in pre-sales consulting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead medium to large‑scale deal management, driving solution design, development, and structuring across multiple service lines (AD, AMS, ITO, multi‑tower).
  • Manage end‑to‑end bid process — analyzing/qualifying RFXs, authoring responses (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs), and developing proactive proposals throughout the bid lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (technology, service lines, finance, legal) to build value propositions, identify risks, and shape winning solutions.
  • Participate in client discussions with sales teams, present solutions/value propositions, and drive commercial constructs and pricing strategies.
  • Support deal shaping initiatives and create capability presentations for industry segments, service offerings, and technology solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years’ experience in Pre‑Sales, Solution Architecture, or Technical Consulting in an IT/software environment.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, cloud technologies, SaaS, enterprise software (CRM, ERP, data platforms, or custom solutions), with the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client‑facing skills in both Arabic and English; experience working with clients in the Gulf region is preferred.
  • Technical certifications (AWS, Azure, Salesforce, etc.) and/or project management experience/certifications (PMP, Agile) are a plus.
  • Flexibility to travel as required.
