• Responsible for server RD testing: develop and review test plans, design test strategies, create test cases, and set up/maintain test environments.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues identified during testing, provide improvement suggestions, and drive enhancements in testing processes.
• Summarize and perform statistical analysis on test results, track testing progress, ensure product output quality, and prevent major RD quality incidents.

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 5+ years of testing experience, preferably in the server industry.
• Proficient in computer/server architecture with deep understanding of server PC hardware and underlying working principles.
• Mastery of product testing processes, methodologies, and testing tools.
• Programming skills (Python/Java/C++, etc.) are preferred.
• Strong English communication skills.
