We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Senior Account Manager to drive and expand our business across the Saudi region. The ideal candidate has strong sales capabilities, experience in the IT/cybersecurity domain, and the ability to build and maintain long‑term relationships with partners and customers.
This role includes managing key accounts, identifying new opportunities, building pipeline, and working closely with Shifra’s vendors to ensure successful execution in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and expand relationships with partners and resellers across the Saudi region
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and partner engagement
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline aligned with quarterly and annual targets
- Work closely with cybersecurity vendors for alignment, enablement, and joint planning
- Deliver accurate forecasting and conduct regular business reporting
- Identify and onboard new partners within the region
- Represent Shifra in events, partner activities, and roadshows
- Min. 3–5 years of experience in IT or cybersecurity sales/account management
- Strong background in channel sales (resellers, SIs, disti, or vendor experience)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to travel across multiple countries in the Saudi region when required
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity technologies and market trends
- Independent, driven, and capable of managing a regional territory
