The Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product execution across multiple startups within our venture studio. You will work at the intersection of design, engineering, and business, helping bring ideas from 0 to 1 through rapid experimentation, iterative MVPs, and user‑centric thinking.

This role requires a strategic yet hands‑on mindset, technical fluency, and the ability to build structured roadmaps out of ambiguity. You’ll collaborate closely with venture architects, founders, studio leadership, and cross‑functional teams to launch and scale products that are both desirable and feasible.

Key Responsibilities Product Discovery & Definition
  • Collaborate with studio leadership to shape product direction and align with venture theses.
  • Translate insights into actionable roadmaps and MVP definitions that balance speed, scalability, and user value.
  • Lead structured discovery sprints, user interviews, and competitive analysis to validate product‑market fit.
  • Define clear hypotheses, test plans, and success metrics for each product iteration.
MVP Execution & Iteration
  • Own the end‑to‑end product development process—from PRDs and wireframes to launch.
  • Prioritize features based on customer needs, tech feasibility, and business impact.
  • Write clear product requirements and collaborate with designers and engineers to execute rapidly and iteratively.
  • Use product analytics, user feedback, and behavioural data to drive continuous improvement.
Technical Fluency & Collaboration
  • Work closely with engineering teams to understand trade‑offs, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure product feasibility.
  • Possess working knowledge of modern web/mobile tech stacks, APIs, system design fundamentals, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Help evaluate and integrate third‑party APIs, SaaS tools, and low‑code/no‑code solutions to accelerate development.
  • Translate complex technical constraints into actionable product decisions.
Cross‑venture Enablement
  • Create reusable product playbooks, tools, and templates to streamline venture builds.
  • Mentor junior product hires on product best practices, agile methods, and lean experimentation.
  • Maintain visibility across ventures to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with the studio’s portfolio goals.
Potential Challenges & Expectations
  • Ambiguity & Speed – Building clarity and momentum across greenfield initiatives.
  • Multi‑venture Focus – Working across multiple ventures at different lifecycle stages.
  • Tech Alignment – Partnering with engineers to deliver scalable MVPs without over‑engineering.
  • Early Metrics – Driving data‑informed product decisions despite low‑signal early user bases.
  • Cross‑functional Execution – Orchestrating product delivery across VAs, founders, designers, and developers.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 5–8 years of product management experience in early‑stage startups, venture studios, or high‑growth product environments.
  • Demonstrated success in building and launching MVPs from scratch.
  • Strong technical fluency, able to collaborate with engineering on system architecture, APIs, data models, and technical trade‑offs.
  • Deep user empathy and strong product intuition, with excellent communication and prioritization skills.
  • Experience using tools like Figma, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Jira/Linear, Notion, and Miro.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and lean startup principles.
  • Experience working in fintech, SaaS, AI, or consumer tech products is a plus.
