The Senior IT System Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing technology solutions that meet business requirements. This role involves evaluating existing systems, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring optimal performance and security. The analyst collaborates with stakeholders, developers, and IT teams to deliver efficient and scalable solutions.

• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Design and implement system solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior analysts and other team members.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in system analysis and IT solutions.
• Strong knowledge of system architecture, databases, and networking.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
