The role of Professional Services Consultant is crucial for the successful delivery of NCR Atleos Professional Services projects. Its responsibilities consist of the following:
* Install, configure and troubleshoot NCR Atleos software solutions
* Prepare technical design documentation based on requirements
* Prepare test cases based on technical design documents
* Execute test cases on self service terminals
* Report issues to the development team and follow up on releases
* Identify and report test environment issues and follow up with customer's team to ensure timely resolution
* Coordinate with customer's testing team to prepare test data
* Support customer's team during SIT, UAT, etc.
* Basic troubleshooting on issues to identify root cause

The following qualifications are required
* Degree on Computer Science, IT or related field
* Minimum of 3 years working experience in quality assurance preferably in a Financial Institution or IT industry
* Good understanding of web based technologies
* Good understanding of database technologies
* Excellent communication and coordination skills
* Saudi national
