We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of enterprise applications. The role involves manual and regression testing, performance testing, and integration with CI/CD pipelines, along with effective defect tracking and reporting.

• Plan, design, and execute manual test cases for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Conduct performance and load testing to validate scalability and system reliability.
• Collaborate with developers and Dev Ops teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using Jira or similar bug-tracking tools.
• Prepare and maintain test documentation including test plans, cases, and execution reports.
• Participate in requirement reviews to ensure test coverage and clarity.
• Provide timely feedback on product quality and recommend improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 4–7 years of professional experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of manual testing and regression testing techniques.
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Load Runner).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Azure Dev Ops, etc.).
• Proficiency in bug tracking and test management tools (Jira, Test Rail, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
