Job Responsibilities
  • Analyze and determine partnership strategies in coordination with the LoB Presales Head.
  • Review market trends and technological advances to assess their impact on the LoB’s offerings.
  • Design highly technical solutions and identify potential suppliers for these solutions.
  • Study and analyze the government sector business operations to propose insights and solutions proactively.
  • Develop approaches to increase the pipeline and demand in key accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Assist customers in defining business needs and crafting appropriate solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise to support sales in selling enterprise applications, data, and analytics solutions supporting digital transformation and long-term evolution for government clients.
  • Work with the sales team to develop proposals and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
  • Design comprehensive technical solutions for integrated components.
  • Identify potential suppliers for proposed solutions.
  • Act as a consultant for complex technical issues and conduct presentations when needed.
  • Review technical proposal components to ensure proper integration before submission.
  • Prepare technical documentation and drawings highlighting the solution's advantages and associated costs.
  • Analyze competitors' solutions to offer optimal solutions emphasizing our competitive advantages.
  • Generate reports on technological trends and new solutions coverage.
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
  • Participate in customer meetings to discuss proposed solutions and competitive advantages.
  • Review project implementation plans to ensure technical feasibility within timelines.
  • Continuously improve processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Promote Giza Systems' image and culture internally and externally.
  • Review customer requirements and prepare estimates with relevant technical staff or third parties if necessary.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on proposed solutions as required.
  • Coordinate with development and technical teams to fill compliance sheets if needed.
  • Support responses to customer inquiries regarding proposed solutions.
  • Ensure integrity in RFP responses and review all required integrations and services.
  • Prepare customer gap analysis and process mapping documents.
  • Develop and direct technically sound proposals for customer requests.
  • Understand immediate and long-term customer needs.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors to maintain a competitive market position.
  • Skills
