• Analyze audience data to refine targeting and bidding strategies.
• Test new formats, creatives, and ad types to maximize performance.
• Collaborate with managers and analytics teams to deliver data-driven reports.
• Track KPIs and ensure accurate reporting on performance and spend.
• Stay ahead of platform trends and algorithm changes.

• 3–5 years of experience in paid social campaign management.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Tik Tok Ads, and tracking tools.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Passion for performance marketing and emerging social platforms.
