- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT support, service desk management, or IT operations within the banking sector.
- Experience with Service Now or similar ITSM platforms, and familiarity with ISO/IEC 20000 standards.
- Must be fluent in Arabic and English.
- ITIL 4 Managing Professional certification.
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
