Scrum Master and Project Management certifications are mandatory

Project Managers oversee all aspects of projects at SANTECHTURE, managing project teams to ensure timely and within-budget completion. They act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for clients and serve as key escalation points, deploying PMP best practices in project management.

• Set project goals and develop plans to meet them
• Lead major project events on behalf of SANTECHTURE
• Understand project scope and guide project activities accordingly
• Correlate Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) concepts with project activities
• Prepare status reports on project progress
• Maintain project timelines and budget estimates
• Manage project resources
• Coordinate team members and develop schedules and responsibilities
• Implement IT strategies to deliver projects on schedule and within budget
• Use project management tools to track performance and schedules
• Create and deliver effective presentations
• Conduct risk assessments
• Organize meetings to discuss project goals and progress

• Strategic planning and project governance, including defining criteria and advising management
• Defining project management methodology (e.g., waterfall, agile)
• Standardizing best practices across departments
• Setting project culture through communication and training
• Resource management across projects
• Providing administrative support, templates, tools, and software

• Represent SANTECHTURE at clients and industry events
• Gather and analyze business rules logic
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting on progress
• Report and escalate delays or issues

Professional Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master
• PMP certification preferred
• Deep understanding of KSA RCM processes and best practices
• Additional certifications are a plus

Technical Knowledge & Experience:

• 5+ years in healthcare project management
• Experience with GANTT charts and MS Project
• Resource planning and scheduling skills
• Leadership skills for managing projects and teams
• Strong communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Organization and time management skills
