Human Resources Representative

The HR Representative is responsible for supporting daily human resources operations, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle processes, and maintaining compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations. The role provides frontline HR support to employees across real estate and project-based operations.

• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
• Prepare job offers and employment documentation.
• Support onboarding process and ensure completion of required documentation.
• Update HR systems with new hire information.

• Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related guidance.
• Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
• Process leave requests and attendance records.
• Issue employment letters and official HR documents.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
• Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in disciplinary documentation and employee case follow-up.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

• Coordinate with payroll team for employee data updates.
• Support benefits administration including medical insurance.
• Ensure accuracy of compensation-related documentation.

• Prepare HR reports as required.
• Support HR audits and documentation reviews.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in HR operations or employee services.
• Knowledge of labor law and HR practices.
• Experience using HR systems or ERP platforms.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
