We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented People Experience Coordinator to support hiring activities for Non-Electronics categories within our e-commerce business in KSA. This role requires effective coordination skills, clear and professional communication, and the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders while delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes by scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, and maintaining a recruitment database.
- Coordinate with various teams to support HR operations and employee engagement initiatives.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in HR processes including onboarding, employee record maintenance, and offboarding.
- Prepare and manage HR documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and employee files.
- Facilitate new hire orientations to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
- Maintain relationships with external HR vendors and recruitment agencies.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on HR activities, performance, and compliance metrics for internal stakeholders.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR coordination or a similar role.
- Solid understanding of HR & Recruitment processes, departmental dynamics, and inter-departmental relationships.
- Familiarity with HR systems, databases, and recruitment practices.
