This role will support the continued growth Mace is experiencing across the Middle East by attracting skilled professionals into new and existing positions while partnering closely with key stakeholders to meet both internal resourcing and external recruitment needs. • Guiding the sourcing of talent to meet business needs and support a high‑performing culture.
• Supporting the identification of candidates and talent aligned to business requirements and performance expectations.
• Contributing to identifying internal talent and actively promoting internal career mobility.
• Reviewing and utilising a broad range of sourcing methods, leveraging various channels to meet talent needs.
• Promoting and strengthening the internal referral pipeline by encouraging employee‑driven recommendations.
• Delivering and supporting the provision of constructive, developmental feedback to candidates.
• Guiding the pipelining of talent for prospects and bidding activity, supporting future resource planning.
• Collaborating with hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
• Conducting detailed proficiency‑based and behavioural interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Overseeing the maintenance and quality of candidate records, ensuring effective use of the applicant tracking system.
• Ensuring compliance with employment regulations and internal governance throughout the hiring process.
• Working with the team to create job advertisements ready for hiring and external promotion.
• Reviewing and interpreting Power BI data and dashboards to support the achievement of recruitment targets.

• Recruitment experience.
• Screening, interviewing, and offering experience.
• Usage of applicant tracking system.
• Sound technical/functional subject matter expertise (SME) in the talent acquisition domain (or equivalent).
• Professional network of candidates across sectors of expertise.
• Senior manager stakeholder management skills.
• Regional experience based on region.
• CIPD (or equivalent).
