Currently, we are on the lookout for an SAP EC ECP Consultant as an outsourcing opportunity who can perform at the top of their game to join us and contribute to our success.
Key Responsibilities- Implement, configure, and support SAP Success Factors EC & ECP modules.
- Gather and analyze HR and payroll business requirements.
- Configure Employee Central core HR functionalities (Foundation Objects, MDF, Business Rules).
- Configure and support Employee Central Payroll (ECP) including payroll schemas, rules, and wage types.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes (hire, transfer, promotion, termination).
- Ensure accurate payroll processing, testing, and reconciliation.
- Integrate EC/ECP with other SAP Success Factors modules and SAP HCM.
- Support system enhancements, upgrades, and releases.
- Provide user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
- Troubleshoot and resolve EC/ECP issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Success Factors EC & ECP.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and payroll concepts.
- Experience with SAP Success Factors integrations (SAP HCM, Finance, third-party systems).
- Experience with SAP Payroll localization (Middle East / KSA is a plus).
- Hands-on experience in testing, data migration, and system support.
