We’re looking for a passionate and driven Early Talent Recruiter (1-Year Contract) to join our HR team in Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and HR Business Partners to support local talent recruitment and ensure alignment with business needs, career pathways, and Pepsi Co culture.
You will also act as the main point of contact for universities and lead EVP engagement activities such as career fairs, senior leader seminars, and student engagement initiatives.
