We are seeking a dedicated and organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Pear Tree. In this remote role, you will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support our business growth and organizational goals.

Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Salary: SAR 8,000 - 10,000/month (flexible for more experienced candidates)

Holidays: TBD

Responsibilities
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews.
  • Coordinating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Maintaining candidate pipelines and tracking recruitment metrics to ensure timely hiring.
  • Conducting reference checks, background verifications, and salary negotiations as needed.
  • Supporting onboarding processes and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Assisting with employer branding initiatives and talent engagement activities.
  • Collaborating with HR and team leads to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
Qualifications
  • 1 - 3 years of proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR roles.
  • Must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment, sourcing strategies, and candidate evaluation.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and social media sourcing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing a positive candidate experience.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment is a plus.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with a collaborative approach to working with teams and stakeholders.
