We are looking to hire an experienced SAP HCM / Success Factors Senior Consultant for a permanent onsite role in Riyadh, KSA
. This position is ideal for a senior professional with strong expertise in SAP HCM, Success Factors, and S/4

HANA HR transformation programs.

• Lead the SAP HCM to S/4
  
  HANA compatibility strategy and guide the end-to-end transformation.
• Manage and optimize integration between S/4
  
  HANA and Success Factors
  , covering EC, EC Payroll, Recruiting, and related modules.
• Provide expert consultation on Payroll
  , Time Management
  , and HR Master Data migration planning.
• Analyze the impact of S/4
  
  HANA on existing HR interfaces and third‑party systems
  , ensuring seamless continuity.
• Support change management
  , process redesign, and HR functional optimization across business units.

• 10+ years of proven experience in SAP HCM and Success Factors.
• Strong hands-on expertise in HCM (PA/OM, Time, Payroll) and Success Factors (EC, Payroll, Recruiting).
• Experience working with S/4
  
  HANA compatibility
  , HR integrations, migration projects, and hybrid SAP–SF models.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
