We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive People Executive, Vendor to support the daily management of our vendor ecosystem. This role will focus on managing end-to-end people processes related to third-party vendors, contractors, and outsourced workforce partners. This role ensures smooth onboarding, compliance, performance tracking, and ongoing engagement of vendor staff while acting as a bridge between internal teams and external partners.
What you’ll do:- Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and exit processes for vendor employees.
- Maintain accurate records of vendor staff, contracts, and headcount.
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for vendor-related people matters.
- Support audits and internal reviews related to vendor workforce.
- Partner with vendors to resolve employee relations issues efficiently.
- Maintain HR systems and trackers related to vendor operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR or vendor management (e-commerce/FMCG/retail preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets. Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
