Overview
MEMF Electrical Industries Co. is the industrial arm of KFB Holding Group, supporting Saudi Arabia’s power infrastructure with locally engineered and high-quality electrical products. We operate advanced manufacturing facilities in Riyadh, producing a wide range of solutions for utility and industrial customers, including:
- Smart energy meters
- LV & MV instrument transformers
- LV & MV switch gear solutions (up to 36 kV)
- Distribution & power transformers (up to 10 MVA)
Our products are internationally type-tested and backed by strong engineering expertise and certified quality systems (ISO 9001 & ISO 45001).
Responsibilities- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders by aligning HR strategies with organizational goals and objectives.
- Provide expert guidance and consultation to management on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.
- Lead performance management processes, including employee evaluations, feedback cycles, and development planning.
- Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, ensuring fair and consistent practices.
- Oversee exit management processes, conduct exit interviews, analyze trends, and recommend retention and improvement actions.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with labor laws and company standards.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment processes in collaboration with hiring managers to attract, assess, and onboard top talent.
- Support change management initiatives and contribute to building a positive, high-performance organizational culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal regulations, and HR best practices.
- Analyze HR metrics and employee data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 to 10 years of proven experience in an Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
