HR Supervisor

About the Role

We are a newly established company operating in the heavy equipment machinery sector, based in Riyadh, and we are seeking a motivated and hands‑on Saudi HR & Admin Supervisor to join us during an exciting growth phase. This role will play a key part in setting up and managing HR operations while supporting the business as it expands.

• Manage day‑to‑day HR operations in full compliance with Saudi Labor Law
• Handle recruitment activities, onboarding, and the full employee lifecycle
• Manage employee relations and provide HR support to operational and site teams
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations, policies, and internal procedures
• Coordinate HR activities across three locations within Riyadh
• Support business expansion plans, including opening new branches

• Join a growing heavy equipment machinery company from an early stage
• Career growth opportunity with planned expansion to the Eastern Province within 6–8 months and a third branch by year‑end
• Exposure to multi‑site and operational HR in a fast‑growing industry

• Solid knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR operations, preferably within industrial, construction, or heavy equipment environments
• Hands‑on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration
• Passionate, enthusiastic, and proactive personality
• Willingness to travel between company locations in Riyadh
• Strong desire to grow with the organization and support future expansion
