Role Purpose We are looking for a hands-on
HR Operations Specialist to work closely with the CEO during a critical growth and turnaround phase. The role will focus on execution, compliance, and operational HR, supporting rapid expansion while ensuring full alignment with Saudi Labor Law and TGA requirements. This is a high-impact role with strong exposure, fast learning, and future growth opportunities.
- HR Operations & Execution:
Run day-to-day HR operations (contracts, onboarding, employee files, payroll coordination). - Ensure clean and compliant HR documentation across all employees.
- Manage employee lifecycle from hiring to exit.
- Saudi Labor Law & Compliance:
Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, and Mudad. - Handle employee relations issues, warnings, investigations, and terminations professionally.
- Support audits and government inspections when required.
- TGA & Logistics Workforce Compliance:
Ensure HR compliance with Transport General Authority (TGA) requirements. - Maintain driver records, licenses, medicals, and operational eligibility.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure manpower readiness for contracts (Amazon, Keeta, Hungerstation).
- Workforce Planning & Expansion Support:
Support rapid hiring plans for drivers, supervisors, and support staff. - Coordinate with recruitment vendors and manpower suppliers.
- Track headcount, attrition, and workforce costs.
- HR Structure & Process Setup:
Help build basic HR SOPs, policies, and workflows. - Implement simple but scalable HR systems and trackers.
- Act as the “HR backbone” of the company during expansion.
- 3–5 years of HR Operations experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government platforms.
- Previous exposure to logistics, transportation, manpower, or delivery companies is a big plus.
- Hands-on, execution-focused, not policy-heavy.
- Comfortable working in a fast-changing, growth-stage environment.
- Energetic, proactive, and eager to grow with the company.
- Direct exposure to CEO and leadership decision-making.
