- Manage and support social security–related projects, ensuring compliance with internal processes and Saudi regulatory requirements.
- Create and update records on e-government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI), ensuring alignment between internal payroll/HR systems and government systems.
- Manage visa letters
- Prepare concise briefs, status updates for management; maintain accurate records of social security interactions.
- Support audits, reconciliations and periodic off-cycle activities related to social security and Labor compliance.
- Raise or coordinate tickets with Qiwa, MoHR, and GOSI to rectify issues or challenges.
- Work with P&C Head to raise any issues and concerns with regards to compliance or accuracy of employment records on Qiwa/Gosi
- Prepare Weekly updated report of changes on Qiwa and GOSI.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, or a related field. Diploma in a relevant field or a specialised HR certification would also be sufficient.
- 1–3 years’ proven experience in Saudi Arabia in government relations, public/regulatory affairs, HR operations, or a similar role.
- Expert knowledge of Qiwa, GOSI Saudi e-government platforms, Saudi Labor law, visa and Iqama processes.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in multinational or large local organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize competing demands.
