Job

Purpose

Implements and executes the training and development programs and policies. Works with the business to understand the training and development needs. Responsible for tasks including course arrangements, assessment, and development of employees.

Key Responsibilities General Responsibilities
  • Provides smooth and efficient administrative support to the talent management Function. Facilitating all talent cycle activities and responsible for employee development plans.
  • Provides technical guidance when required on planning, organizing, prioritizing, and overseeing activities to efficiently meet business objectives. Such as Trainings, Roll outs, events, etc)
Job Specific Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the proper implementation of a training & development scheme for HWBC in line with leading practices as well as applicable laws and regulations, with the aim to maintain and retain talent.
  • Support with the development of the yearly training plan for HWBC in coordination with the various functions across regions to ensure the courses are applicable in an effective, efficient way and in line with business needs.
  • Support with the implementation of all talent development frameworks and initiatives for HWBC in line with strategic needs and objectives, including but not limited to a competency framework, performance management, career paths, and succession planning to support the continuous development of talent.
  • Coordinate the logistics of planning and execution of learning & development programs to ensure employees are adequately equipped to perform their job duties.
  • Drive the development and delivery of HR Initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall employee experience.
  • Manage the development and distribution of internal communications & Events to increase employee engagement in collaboration with the various functions.
  • Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation where relevant to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any related field.
  • English/Arabic fluent
  • 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources in a similar role
