Role OverviewOur confidential client is seeking an HR Manager to lead core HR operations and people programs, ensuring compliant and scalable HR practices that support business growth. This role partners with leadership and line managers across the employee life-cycle, from on‑boarding and performance management to policies, employee relations, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Own day‑to‑day HR operations: on‑boarding and off‑boarding, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook aligned with business needs.
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning, org structure support, and headcount governance.
- Lead performance management cycles, probation reviews, and HR case management (grievances/disciplinary processes).
- Support recruitment coordination with hiring managers; ensure smooth on‑boarding handover.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration.
- Deliver HR reporting and dashboards (headcount, turnover, hiring, attendance, and other people KPIs).
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, communications, and basic learning & development coordination.
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years HR experience, including 3 years in HR manager role.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, policy implementation, and employee relations.
- Familiarity with Saudi employment practices and HR compliance requirements (as applicable to the employer).
- Strong communication, confidentiality, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using HRIS/ATS and producing clear HR reports.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Experience in Construction and multi‑site operations.
- Experience supporting change, growth, and process improvement.
- Timely, organized HR operations with clear documentation and approvals.
- Improved on‑boarding quality and probation success outcomes.
- Reduced HR case resolution time and improved employee relations outcomes.
- Accurate, decision‑ready HR reporting and data hygiene.
