Job SummaryTo effectively carry out duties assigned in a timely, accurate manner. Duties assigned can include any of the responsibilities like; manage the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems, and review and maintaining counselling policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities- Manage various ES processes and make sure that it is completed in the agreed time with business units.
- Review and follow-up residency activities (local transfer, tracking ES activities, cancellations, etc.).
- Create expenditures reports and petty cash reimbursement.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Provide counselling on policies and procedures.
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
- Be an effective team player and contribute to the timely delivery of accurate ministry forms.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions in the SAP and other ES systems.
- Make daily and weekly workload reports.
- Track all ES activities and ensure meeting SLA with other BU’s.
- Develop training and development programs.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
- Have a very good command in English (Written - Spoken - Read) / Fluent Arabic is a Must.
- Experience 4-7 years.
- Computer skills:
Software, Ms Windows, Ms Word, Ms Excel, Power Point, Internet and Outlook. - Knowledge of SAP (Preferred).
- Must be reliable, dedicated, and flexible to work additional hours as business requirements dictate.
- Willingness to accept additional assignments and can work under pressures.
- Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position.
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Outstanding organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English – Verbal & Written.
- Problem‑solving and decision‑making aptitude & strong ethics and reliability.
- High School - BSc/BA in business administration is a plus.
