Payroll Specialist – SAP ECP

Our client is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations using SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP). The role involves assisting in end-to-end payroll processing, validating payroll results, supporting payroll system configuration, and generating accurate reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field
• 1–3 years of payroll experience, preferably with SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Basic understanding of payroll processes, statutory compliance, and reporting.
• Familiarity with payroll system configuration and payroll rules is a plus
• Proficient in Excel and reporting tools
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills

• Assist in end-to-end payroll processing using SAP ECP for employees.
• Support payroll configuration activities, including wage types, infotypes, and payroll schemas.
• Perform payroll validations and reconcile payroll results to ensure accuracy.
• Generate standard payroll reports and provide data for management reporting.
• Respond to employee payroll queries and assist in resolving discrepancies.
• Assist in payroll audits and documentation.
• Support payroll system upgrades, enhancements, and testing activities
