We are seeking a highly skilled Organizational Development Expert to join our team for a 6-month temporary contract
. This is an in-person role where the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our organizational structure and developing key policies, frameworks, and processes related to human resources and organizational growth.

- Develop and generate organizational reports to inform key decision-making.
- Design and improve the organizational structure to align with strategic goals.
- Draft, review, and update job descriptions and roles across departments.
- Provide expert advice on organizational development strategies and best practices.
- Lead organizational assessments and recommend areas for improvement.
- Design and implement training and development programs tailored to organizational needs.
- Establish performance management frameworks, including KPIs and evaluation metrics.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive initiatives aimed at organizational transformation.
- Align HR practices with overall business objectives to maximize operational efficiency.
- Advise on organizational culture, employee engagement, and talent management.
- Support succession planning, leadership development, and career progression frameworks.
- Implement strategies to optimize workflows and enhance overall operational processes.
- Design employee engagement surveys and create actionable feedback mechanisms.
- Actively contribute to strategic planning to ensure organizational goals align with broader business strategies.
- Proven experience in organizational development, with a strong portfolio of relevant projects.
- In-depth knowledge of organizational frameworks, HR policies, and development tools.
- Excellent report‑writing, job description creation, presentations, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and strategic thinking for organizational assessments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and teams across departments.
- Work in a dynamic and collaborative in-person environment.
- 6-month temporary contract with the potential for extension.
