Job Description
:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Success Factors Employee Central Consultant to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and managing SAP Success Factors Employee Central modules and a deep understanding of HR processes. You will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and support of Employee Central solutions, working closely with clients to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Success Factors Employee Central modules.
- Provide end‑to‑end solution delivery, from requirement gathering to go‑live support.
- Collaborate with HR teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Customize workflows, manage data integration, and optimize the Employee Central system.
- Provide technical and functional expertise on Employee Central processes, including employee data management, payroll, time management, and organizational structures.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards within Saudi Arabia.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation to support users and HR teams.
- Offer post‑go‑live support and resolve any system‑related issues.
- Participate in testing, validation, and quality assurance of implemented solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest SAP Success Factors developments and trends.
Requirements
:
- Minimum 9 years of experience in SAP HCM and Success Factors implementation.
- At least 5 years of hands‑on experience with SAP Success Factors Employee Central.
- Proven experience in at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of SAP Success Factors Employee Central.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, particularly in employee data management, organizational structure, and time management.
- Knowledge of integration with other Success Factors modules and third‑party systems.
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and clients.
- SAP Success Factors Employee Central certification is preferred.
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required; fluency in Arabic is a plus.
