About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Success Factors EC Consultant to join our team at Müller's Solutions. As a Success Factors EC Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the Employee Central (EC) module of the Success Factors suite. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective EC solutions that align with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for the Employee Central module.
  • Configure, customize, and implement Success Factors Employee Central according to client requirements.
  • Design and develop complex business rules and workflows to automate HR processes.
  • Integrate Employee Central with other modules within Success Factors or third-party systems.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Employee Central-related issues.
  • Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay updated with the latest Success Factors releases, enhancements, and best practices.
    • Requirements:

    To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Success Factors Employee Central.
    • Strong knowledge of Employee Central functionality, including data models, custom objects, workflows, and business rules.
    • Experience with Employee Central integrations using tools like Dell Boomi, SAP PI/PO, or SAP Cloud Platform Integration.
    • Proficient in SAP Success Factors module integration with other modules.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
