Rgheeb is on the lookout for a talented and experienced Recruitment Specialist to enhance our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and hire the best talent for our organization. Your expertise in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates will be essential in building a strong workforce that aligns with our company values and objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions.
  • Source candidates through online platforms, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and manage the interview process, including feedback collection and follow-up with candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate data.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recommendations.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote Rgheeb as an employer of choice.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is required.
  • Strong understanding of various recruiting techniques and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess candidates' competencies and cultural fit.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
