JASARA PMC is looking for a dedicated Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Specialist to manage our HRIS implementations and ensure the sustainability of our human resource programs. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the HR Information System, from maintaining accurate employee records to generating analytical reports that inform HR strategies and decisions. As part of our team, you'll be at the forefront of leveraging technology to enhance our HR processes and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer and respond to issues related to the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and system performance.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to design, configure, and implement enhancements to the HRIS.
  • Perform regular audits of HRIS data to ensure accuracy and compliance with labor regulations.
  • Generate reports and analytics to support workforce planning and data-driven decision-making.
  • Facilitate training sessions for HR staff and employees on HRIS functionalities and best practices.
  • Maintain documentation of system processes and procedures for HRIS users.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and apply creative solutions to advance HRIS capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing HRIS or similar systems.
  • Proficient in various HR software applications, with a preference for experience in SAP Success Factors or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to improve HR strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the capability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and compliance regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is an advantage.
