We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in the Retail & Wholesale industry. Responsibilities

Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and enhance workforce productivity.

Act as a strategic partner by providing expert advice and support on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.

Conduct workforce planning and analysis to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Manage employee performance evaluation processes, providing guidance to managers on effective feedback and development plans.

Oversee employee engagement initiatives, conducting surveys and assessments to gather feedback and implement improvements.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, advising management on HR policies and best practices.

Support organizational change initiatives, providing guidance on communication strategies and employee transition plans.

Develop and maintain HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and strategies.

Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Preferred Candidate

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role within the Retail & Wholesale industry.

Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws, with the ability to navigate complex HR issues.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Demonstrated ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions to HR challenges.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret HR metrics and data to drive informed decision‑making.

Experience in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.

Proficient in HR software and tools, with a strong understanding of data management and reporting.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.

A proactive approach to problem‑solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
