Human Resources Manager; Food & Beverage

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team in Riyadh
, specifically to lead the HR function for our expanding Food & Beverage division
. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support our business objectives and foster a high-performance culture.

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business strategy of the Food & Beverage division.
• Manage the entire recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees for various F&B roles.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other complex issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Nurture a positive and engaging working environment that promotes employee morale and productivity.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and facilitates professional development.
• Develop, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programmes tailored to the F&B industry to attract and retain top talent.
• Ensure full legal compliance with Saudi Arabian labour law and regulations throughout all human resource management activities.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training and development programmes for all levels of staff.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and analytics.

• Proven working experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role, with significant experience within the Food & Beverage or hospitality sector being essential.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian labour law and HR best practices.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent people management skills and a demonstrable ability to lead and develop an HR team.
• Strong active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organisation.
• People-oriented, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly desirable.
